Nice to meet you!

About

I'm a Senior Product Designer with experience designing B2B and B2C products across fintech, SaaS, and contracting environments. I've worked across the full product lifecycle from early-stage concepts to scaling complex systems collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product teams.

At the core of my work is balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. That balance is never fixed, and figuring it out project by project is what keeps the work engaging.

How I Work

I focus on creating clarity in complex environments.

I bring people together early, including designers, engineers, product, and stakeholders, to align on problems and explore solutions collaboratively. I regularly run design critiques and cross-functional workshops, including Design Studios, to surface constraints early and move decisions forward with shared ownership.

My approach is grounded in:

  • Connecting: initiating the right conversations at the right time
  • Capturing: documenting decisions to avoid ambiguity later
  • Considering: incorporating different perspectives to avoid late-stage blockers

AI tools and considerations

I currently work in an AI-driven B2B fintech environment, designing tools that support finance teams handling complex accounts payable workflows.

As AI reshapes how products are built and used, I focus on keeping humans meaningfully in the loop. I design systems that enhance decision-making rather than replace it, making automation transparent, building trust in AI-driven outputs, and ensuring users remain in control of critical workflows.

Alongside product work, I actively explore AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude, v0, Figma MCP, and GitHub Copilot. I write lightweight Python in VS Code for data exploration, which helps me quickly interrogate large datasets and surface insights. This is especially valuable in complex domains where understanding patterns is critical to product decisions.

More broadly, I see a baseline understanding of data and code becoming essential for designers. It does not replace core design skills, but expands how we think, test, and build.

Outside of Work

Outside of design, I spend a lot of time in music and movement. I hike across Europe, slackline, and perform music at gigs. I also write as a music journalist for Resident Advisor, where I explore the culture and evolution of sound across the past, present, and future.
