- Owned projects end-to-end from discovery through delivery — customer interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing and stakeholder management
- Redesigned the Duplicate Vendors review workflow, reducing context switching so users complete investigations without leaving the platform
- Used FullStory, customer feedback and product analytics to identify friction, validate hypotheses and inform design decisions
- Partnered with PMs and Engineers in a product trio to prioritise solutions and deliver measurable customer value
